The production of pure natural bee honey begins with bees foraging for nectar from flowers. The bees drink the nectar and store it in their honey sacs. Upon returning to the hive, they pass the nectar to other worker bees through a process called trophallaxis. The nectar undergoes enzymatic changes during this transfer, transforming it into honey.
